Road Calls & My Route

Your road calls for the day: En Route, On Site, Complete.
Included in: Every plan

A road call is a job at the customer's boat — at their home, a campground or a storage lot. My Route shows the road calls assigned to you, in order, and keeps the customer and the office posted as you go.

Your day

  • Tap the My Route tab. It opens on today.
  • Use ‹ and â€ē at the top to look at other days, and the refresh button to pull in changes from the office.
  • Each call shows the customer, the boat, the address (and campsite number), and its status.

Moving through a call

The button on each call shows the next step. Tap it as you go:

TapWhat happens
En RouteMaps opens with directions to the boat, and the customer gets an "on the way" email
On SiteThe office sees you've arrived
CompleteThe job is done — the Job Complete screen opens

Every tap shows up on the dispatch board and the RO right away, so the office always knows where you are in your day.

Job Complete: get paid on site

  • đŸ’ŗ Collect Payment — opens the invoice so you can take payment right there (see Taking Payment).
  • 📧 Send Invoice Link — emails the customer a link to pay online later.
  • 🔧 View Work Order — opens the repair order.
The invoice is made from the repair order. If the office hasn't created one yet, the app tells you No Invoice — ask them to invoice the RO, or create it yourself from the RO if your login allows.

To work on the boat itself — clock in, notes, photos — tap View Work Order â€ē on the call. On a road call RO, 🚐 Road Call — Tap to Begin Diagnostic moves the job to diagnosis once you're on site.
